Product Refund and Exchange Policy
All products purchased cannot be returned orexchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only.
Exchange for defective items
Products can only be exchanged for defectiveproducts only.
1. Please contact our customer service within 3days upon receipt of the products
2. Products can only be refunded or exchangedprovided that the packaging must have never have been opened.
3. No exchange will be allowed for the productshave been opened.
4. The products will be checked before delivery. Noexchange is allowed for the products received during delivery.
5. Please claim the compensation for the productdamage during delivery. We will assist for the claim.
