Sales and Marketing Executive
Job responsibilities :
* Explore new sales opportunities & look for new and innovative ways topromote the company’s products and services
* Support sales team to achieve sales target
* Prepare marketing campaigns
* Production of marketing collaterals
* Organize marketing events and other marketing activities
* Online marketing, including website, social media
* Media Pitching and maintain Media Relations; both online and offlineplatforms
* Advertising
* Prepare marketing reports
Requirements:
* Diploma or above
* Experience in beauty industry and/or sales/marketing is an advantage
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Knowledge in Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage
* Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
* Independent, detail-minded, and self-motivated

Operations and Admininstration Officer (營運及行政主任)
Job Responsibilities:
* Stock monitoring,orderingand proper recording in the ERP system
* Handle incoming enquiry calls and providesales admin support
* Provide operations support to warehouse teamincluding packing and handling of stock to fulfill orders and generaterelated reports to Management forreviewing
* Prepare packing lists, invoices and reports
* Coordinate with internal and external parties tomaintain a smoothoperation
* Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Diploma inLogistics Operation or relateddiscipline
* 3 years ofexperience and above
* Hands on experience in ERP system is an advantage
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for promoting company products to existing clients
- Exploring for new sales opportunities for potential clients
- Scheduling client visits for both existing and potential new clients every workday
- Following up and prepare all the sales orders / invoices with designated accounts
Requirements:
* Secondary school level
* At least 3 years of sales and account servicing experience
* Preferred experience in Skin Care and Wholesales
* Fluent Cantonese, basic Mandarin and English Communication;
* Be able to read and write Chinese and read English
* Understand in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel and Word and have computeroperation knowledge
* Priority will be given to those with sales experience in skin care wholesaleand products
* Proactive, Good sales skills and excellent in customer service
